Joe is an award winning photojournalist based in NC who has spent much of his career as lead photographer for The Daily Reflector, a Pitt County daily news publication with a circulation of more than twenty thousand. He has also served as the official photographer of the NC State Fair, as well as  freelanced for many magazine and news publications throughout the state.
